Executed: shared interaction-state fixtures in all six theme/viewport combinations — hover, first-keyboard-focus, selected, disabled-vs-enabled, empty (no-result search), and the mobile More menu overlay — because a token that reads in the default state can still collapse in another.

Fixed a real theme-parity defect the matrix exposed: the landing band is an inverted --ink plate, but its label used --signal, which is tuned for the canvas. When --ink inverts per theme the label fell to 1.95:1 in dark and 1.00:1 in high contrast — literally invisible. Added a --signal-on-fill role defined per theme (teal on near-black in matter, deep teal on light ink in dark, white on black in high contrast).
Corrected two measurement faults before trusting the result: colour parsing used a regex that mis-read color-mix() results returned as color(srgb ...), so contrast was computed from wrong channels (364 false failures) — colours are now resolved by painting to a canvas and reading the pixel; and lazy images below the fold were reported as broken, so only in-viewport or eager images are required to have decoded. Disabled text is exempted per WCAG 1.4.3.

`DS021` Use wide-screen space with stronger template anchors closed 2026-07-24

Executed: measured composition on all 11 DS-021 routes at 1280px, 1440px, 1728px, and 390px (44 measurements) — reading measure computed from each element's own font metrics, plus the page's content-block anchor position and height relative to the canvas.
Fixed a layer-order regression the measurement exposed: .pro-page, .pro-insights-page, and .moderation-page set their page width in the patterns layer while sitting on the same element as .content, so .content's 1200px ceiling won regardless of specificity and all three pages silently rendered at the shell maximum. Page width now lives in templates.css where it belongs, and the DS018 static verifier fails any -page width declared outside that layer.
Fixed the floating sparse states: .center-screen anchored content dead-centre, so /account-deactivated put a 130px block at 435px in a 1000px canvas. Sparse screens now share one optical anchor (18vh) and taller content flows down from the same starting line — no hero type, nested cards, gradients, or filler panels were added.
Fixed the Pro reading measure: running text ran to 103.6ch at 1280px and grew to 111.8ch at 1440px+. Pro section prose is now bounded by --measure while the offer grid keeps its full workspace width.
