Case 05 / LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE GROUP

Internal employee management redesign

01

Problem

The London Stock Exchange Group ran internal employee management on a system that 5,000+ employees actively avoided. HR processes routed around the tool instead of through it. The cost was paid in time, in compliance gaps, and in the friction of a daily-use system that nobody wanted to open.

02

Approach

I led product and design for the redesign as part of the Mobiquity engagement. The mandate was full-lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, role transitions, performance, offboarding. The constraint was real: regulatory and data sensitivity dictated what state could live where, and the design had to make compliance work invisible to the employee.

03

What shipped

Redesigned employee management platform spanning the full HR lifecycle for 5,000+ employees. Workflows that absorbed compliance and data-handling rules into the product instead of leaving them to policy documents.

04

Result

Daily workflows redesigned for 5,000+ LSEG employees. HR processes shortened across the lifecycle. Employee experience improved without losing regulatory and data-handling guarantees.
